LICENSING AGREEMENT
Every Car Script must only be installed once UNLESS the first install is for testing purposes only and is removed from the test server. Any company / persons found to be installing multiple copies of our script without buying the correct amount of licenses from Viper Image Media will face legal action UNLESS direct permission in writing has been granted by Viper Image Media.
FREE HOSTING and DOMAIN NAME
A free domain name and hosting account for a period of 12 months is offered to each purchaser of a Car Script v3.1. We know our hosting solution is 100% compatible with the script and have negotiated a deal with a reputable ISP.
£70 + VAT / €85 / $115 USD will be invoiced in 12 months from the date of purchased to cover the next years hosting.

Hosting does NOT have to be with us but is already included in our price should you wish to take us up on this special offer. No further discounts will be given for NOT hosting with us and free installation does not apply.
HOSTING TRANSFER / CANCELLATION
3 months written notice must be given and acknowledged by Viper Image Media 2 months prior to the hosting renewal date. Failure to comply will levvy the standard hosting charge as mentioned above in order to continue OR discontinue the hosting.
To simply change to a new host during a hosting period (unless prior notice of cancellation has been given for the end of a contract) then a £50 + VAT charge will apply in order to transfer out your domain to your preferred supplier.
